i use the sunsilk straightening shampoo and conditioner. it's pretty affordable . or you can try going to the salon and permanently straighten ur haie but that will cost and u'll have to do again later. but the sunsilk thing works just leave the conditioner on for like 15 minutes and rinse. it will make ur hair smooth. try it :)

You'll have to get the split ends cut off - there's no way to repair them once they've split. And once they split, they'll keep splitting up the shaft of the hair until they're cut off.

A haircut will relieve you of the split ends and a good conditioner will keep them away. You can use a ceramic flat iron to get your hair straight - it's like a flat curling iron and the ceramic doesn't damage your hair really badly. There are also salon products that release conditioners when you apply heat to your hair. I would use one of those when you use the flat iron. I can can mostly straighten my curly hair by blow drying it straight with a large round brush for body.

if your hair is naturally wavy...sorry but a straightener is probably going to be your best bet. get your hair trimmed about once a month to get rid of spit ends. the shampoo i use is herbal essences for straight hair and use the conditioner that goes with it. there are ways of keeping your hair from becoming fried looking, even if you use a straightener. for a straightener, use one that has ceramic plates. these are better because the ceramic heats evenly which means less scorching for your hair.

I just lived that! My gorgeous red hair -multi length 10" of hair, was fried with bad chunky highlights and it was literally straw and horrid. I was mortified when I saw it in the salon! I wanted subtle highlights around my face. I hair broke off in my hands in 24 hours of that job! It was hell.

Theres straightning shampoo and theres a shampoo that is sleek and smooth or something its called Matrix i know its a funny title but its true i use it i use designer shampoo too and also sometimes Tresemme u should try one of those..
