You need to use a leave in conditioner so it doesn't get poofy. Then you can put in hair spray or a curl definer as you are spraying these scruntch your hair.
My hair is naturaly wavy but it always gets puffy or looses its wave but i put hair spray? any advice?
well i think u can try different shampoos but also u could use musse its better than using hair spray or get it relaxed but what does this have to do with diet and fitness?
