If you go to your local salon, chain salon like Hair Cuttery, there is a bottle that has a white lotion in it. That is a protectant for heat, smells great, and will help you. I totally forget the name of it but it runs around $12 bucks. It's a small, thin bottle. I think either Paul Mitchell or Nexus makes it.

It's a great product, and I use it daily on my own hair. It protects against all kinds of things!!!

if u want stuff to put in ur hair while brudhing then try herbal essence dagerously straight. it works nd it smells great or if u have a really bad condition go to the hair salon nd ask for professional help.

You need Nexxus' smoothing shampoo and Matrix's smoothing conditioner--and its created equal. It works like a charm. You get what you pay for. They are like 21 bucks combined. They are salon products. Not only that, you may also want to consider Fantasia heat protectant. It slicks the hair and also protects it from further damage. Vitamins also help. What you eat and how you manage your stress level also counts too.
